We dispatch from London and deliver worldwide. Shipping is selected and paid at Stripe Checkout. Duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If you are in the UK, you may cancel an order of unused goods within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please write to us to start a return. International customers should contact us first — we will advise on the most practical route. Return postage is typically paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Care

Keep leather away from prolonged water and direct heat. A little wear is expected and welcome: full-grain hides deepen with time.
